Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Systems Administrator for the Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics team to support the centralized warehouse management system used by 400+ operators across five global facilities, ensuring data accuracy and secure configurations.

You will manage user accounts, security controls, integrations, and data quality, while auditing metrics to proactively reduce risks and improve throughput on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting software configuration/administration in warehousing, data center, or reverse logistics.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• 1+ years using warehouse management and/or inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing user accounts and system configurations to meet evolving business requirements.
• Acting as operations point of contact to document, root cause, and resolve system incidents.
• Maintaining system ticket queue and providing status updates to users and leaders.
• Monitoring system KPIs and logs to identify security and operational risks.
• Collaborating with leaders to drive continuous improvements for users.
• Auditing data and reporting to maintain data hygiene and compliance.
• Executing user acceptance tests for upcoming solutions and enhancements.
• Advocating for users during design reviews and planning cycles.
