Job summary

You will design and execute the ALM strategy, oversee capital planning, optimize funds transfer pricing, and build a high-performing Treasury team while partnering across Risk, Finance, Markets, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ALM, balance sheet management, liquidity, capital planning, and interest rate risk
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, and CCAR
• Ability to enhance risk models, analytics, and treasury reporting
• Executive communication skills with regulators and senior leadership
• Proven leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead ALM strategy across balance sheet, liquidity, and capital planning.
• Oversee ALM models, analytics, and treasury reporting.
