Job summary

Nova Sky Stories seeks a seasoned SVP of Operations to shape the company’s global operations and scale experiential drone shows worldwide. You will oversee Production, Flight Operations, and Logistics, driving alignment across creative, engineering, and commercial teams while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will own multi‑million dollar budgets, build scalable playbooks, and foster a culture of accountability and rapid growth as the company expands into new markets and formats.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in large-scale live productions or complex field operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in fast-growth environments.
• Executive-level financial acumen with multi-million dollar budgets and P&Ls.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and be present on-site at live shows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global operations strategy spanning Production, Logistics, and Flight Operations.
• Own the operational P&L including budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Establish safety standards and scalable systems across distributed teams.
• Lead and mentor senior operational leaders to scale the organization.
