Job summary
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Marine and Technical Operations to lead Disney Cruise Line’s marine, safety, and technical departments. Qualifications
- 10+ years executive leadership in marine/technical/safety operations.
- Deep knowledge of SOLAS, IMO, classification rules and marine standards.
- Experience in cruise line fleet operations, new builds, dry docks and multi-site projects.
- Strong vision, team building, accountability and collaboration.
- Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-level strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead marine, safety and technical operations for Disney Cruise Line.
- Drive compliance with international regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee budgets for Marine, Safety and Technical Operations.
- Coordinate shipboard and shore-based resources for fleets and private destinations.
- Oversee crew certification management and STCW/SOLAS training.
