Job summary

Disney Cruise Line seeks a Senior Vice President, Marine and Technical Operations to lead marine, safety, and technical functions across the fleet. You will supervise shipboard Captains and ensure compliance with international and port state regulations while steering major projects for growth, including new builds and dry docks.

Coordinate regulatory surveys and inspections of ships.
Provide marine and technical expertise for major projects with executive alignment.
Oversee training, certification, and voyage planning in partnership with leadership.
