Job summary

MACOM in Lowell, Massachusetts, seeks a Corporate Sustainability Principal Program Manager to lead global sustainability initiatives across operations and supply chain, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

You will establish a worldwide project management framework, develop roadmaps with KPIs, coordinate a Sustainability Management System, and report on performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sustainability-related field.
• Experience implementing initiatives within an organization.
• Familiarity with sustainability certifications and accreditations.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the global project management framework for corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Establish standard project methodologies, tools, and processes for consistent planning/execution.
• Manage program/project portfolios, supporting resource allocation and tracking performance.
