Job summary

Essex Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to lead the collection, validation, and integrity of global sustainability data across its manufacturing footprint.

You will partner with site data owners to support ISSB- and GRI-aligned reporting and respond to stakeholder requests. The role requires cross-region collaboration, strong data skills, and the ability to train site teams on reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sustainability, EHS, energy management, data analytics, or related field.
• Advanced data management and analytical skills for large multi-site datasets.
• Working knowledge of Scope 1–3 GHG accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, data analytics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Site Engagement — Manage global sustainability data collection across ~28 sites, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG data, energy, water, waste, and social metrics.
• Regulatory & Disclosure Support — Assist with the compilation and validation of ISSB- and GRI-aligned sustainability metrics.
• Reporting & Analysis — Contribute data, analysis, and drafted content to the annual Sustainability Report; develop recurring reports and dashboards.
• ESG Platform Operations — Support administration of the ESG data platform, including configuration, data mapping, and user access.
• Customer Requests — Assist with responses to customer ESG questionnaires and data requests.
• Program Support — Coordinate sustainability strategy, materials, and training; support supplier sustainability initiatives.
