Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Corporate Responsibility Analyst to collect, validate, and analyze environmental, health, and safety data to drive our sustainability program. You will collaborate with global sites to track progress, support disclosures, and maintain internal and external resources.

The role involves data governance, building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, and communicating findings to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in EHS, sustainability, ESG reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong Excel proficiency; experience with EHS or GHG accounting tools.
• Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear findings for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and reporting deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate EHS and sustainability data from internal systems, facilities, and third-party sources.
• Maintain and improve data collection processes, templates, and tracking tools for consistency across sites.
• Analyze trends to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support external reporting requirements (CDP, GRI, SASB, ESG questionnaires).
• Maintain documentation and audit trails to support data integrity for reviews.
• Maintain internal and external corporate responsibility resources.
• Own data governance including version control, access controls, and data ownership across systems.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests related to sustainability performance.
