Job summary

The Emergency Grants Coordinator, Global Surge works to mobilize donor funding and ensure compliance in rapidly evolving crises. You will lead grant management, develop high-quality proposals, monitor performance, and coordinate with program teams, partners, donors, and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in grants management, humanitarian program management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of major donor regulations (UN, USAID/BHA, ECHO, FCDO) and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French fluency is a plus and prioritized.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and donor compliance across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead grant management, donor compliance, proposal development and reporting.
• Coordinate data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and program data analysis.
• Develop and manage budgets; train staff on grants management and compliance.
