Job summary

Form Energy is building America’s energy future and is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead the development and execution of the global sourcing strategy for critical plastic components used in our iron‑air battery systems.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Global Supply Management and involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams, supplier development, and managing end‑to‑end supplier relationships to drive growth for a fast‑moving, mission‑driven company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plastic parts sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and IP concepts.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the plastic parts category across sourcing and contracts.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering to define sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate favorable terms to optimize costs, lead times, and risk.
• Secure best-in-class pricing through price analysis and cost reductions.
• Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, and tech roadmaps.
• Assess costs and risks to work with top suppliers.
