Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned leader to own and govern our global planning processes, driving standardization, scalability, and value creation across the PLAN organization. You will collaborate with Enterprise Planning, Analytics, and IT to deliver robust governance and metrics.

The role requires a deep background in Supply Chain Planning, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching teams in a matrix environment. This is a hands-on, global, top-priority role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (master/PhD).
• 10+ years general business experience in health care with 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience and global process ownership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SCOR, lean, and six sigma principles.
• Proven ability to standardize, scale, and drive value across planning domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes.
• Own key planning processes and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with tech teams to standardize and scale PLAN capabilities.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with Analytics.
• Drive process documentation and ensure adherence and maturity improvements.
• Mentor internal talent to build advanced PLAN capabilities.
