Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree, Ph.D., or MBA in Life Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field highly preferred.
• 8+ years of matrix leadership experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries.
• Corporate familiarity across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality & Regulatory environments.
• Experience managing culturally diverse global teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders at all leadership levels.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations into actionable corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global supply chain processes across hubs and networks.
• Establish global master standards and governance for enterprise-wide implementation.
• Enforce compliance with global regulations (ISO, CFR820).
• Translate architectural process designs into functional Warehouse Management Systems.
• Lead large-scale digital and architectural projects across Hubs, Network Management, and Commercial teams.
• Balance cost efficiency with technical innovation.
• Resolve friction among Manufacturing, Commercial, and Quality functions.
• Present strategic alignments and business cases to leadership and external associations.
• Focus 60–80% of time on strategic work.
• Operate with a 40% Leadership, 40% Project Lead, and 20% Individual Contributor split.
