Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a senior leader to drive global supply chain strategy for the Lab Specimen Management Platform. You will partner with regional leaders, customers, and executives to optimize service, inventory, and cost across the network.

The role commands extensive cross-functional leadership, international experience, and deep ERP/planning-system expertise, with a strong focus on end-to-end planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years progressive management experience in Supply Chain/ Operations.
• International experience required.
• Extensive experience with resource planning systems (SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle/i2).
• Travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain strategies aligned with BD objectives and regional needs.
• Own IBP process at planner and executive levels.
• Drive DDVN transformation to improve working capital, cost, and service.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Ops Leaders to align strategies.
• Develop and implement Global Inventory Strategy using MEIO.
