Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior supply planning professional to own global SOPs and drive end-to-end standardization of master data governance, capacity and inventory optimization. You will map existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement across sites.

You will lead deployment of Oracle Cloud SCP, develop training materials, and ensure user adoption while partnering with demand planning, manufacturing, finance, and IT to resolve gaps during constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years total experience with 3-4 years in supply chain planning and business process analysis in High-Tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud for implementation architecture.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and advanced data analytics (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Own and document global supply planning SOPs including master data governance, planning, replenishment and inventory optimization rules.
• Map as-is supply planning processes, identify regional bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement.
• Lead rollout of supply planning technologies (Oracle Cloud SCP), develop training materials and drive user adoption.
• Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, finance, and IT to resolve process gaps during supply constraints.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs such as supply risks, inventory turns, capacity utilization via dashboards.
• Participate and lead projects to implement Oracle Cloud SCP across the company.
