Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a buyer or purchaser in distribution/manufacturing
• 4+ years of supply planning experience in a medium to large business
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned with demand forecasts to ensure product availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Verify Purchase Orders for bicycles, framesets, and parts across markets and communicate changes or cancellations to Category Buyers.
• Collaborate with Global Demand Manager to understand demand fluctuations, promotions, and seasonal trends; identify gaps and propose mitigations.
• Coordinate with regional DCs, manufacturing, and HQ to align supply chain priorities and resolve delays or disruptions.
• Create and update data in the system of record, and ensure BOM accuracy.
