Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or deployment execution.
• Equivalent experience is 2–4 years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 12-week supply risk assessments and drive mitigation actions.
• Monitor and address backorders through proactive planning and coordination.
• Lead weekly planning cycle activities, including demand and supply alignment.
• Manage daily BIPs and PSI processes for supply visibility.
• Own and coordinate deployment plans for CGM and BGM components globally.
• Develop and maintain master daily shipment trackers for TPMs.
• Work with Logistics and TPM Ops on shipment schedules in SAP.
• Standardize and improve deployment processes.
• Maintain production schedules and align deployment schedules with TPM Ops.
• Provide shared SKU allocations and support TPM supply planning.
• Generate weekly heatmaps and supply risk visuals.
