OLL Y, the VMS Co-Op home company, seeks a Director of Contract Manufacturing to lead external manufacturing networks, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance across a high-growth consumer health space. The role emphasizes strategic partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver disruptive products.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and contract manufacturing.
• Experience within a VMS manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale contract manufacturing networks and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasts and cost optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead network design, supplier selection, capacity planning, and contingency planning initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to secure pricing, service, and value; partner with Legal and Procurement for governance.
• Own contract manufacturer relationships, establish KPIs, drive performance, quality, and service improvements.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational, service, or quality issues; support product quality initiatives.
• Manage pricing forecasts, budgets, and cost strategies; assess economic impact of strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to align strategic priorities and ensure product success.
