Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Manager, Supply Network Design & Operations for PTB & Floss to lead global network strategies across powered toothbrushes, floss and devices. You will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Global Engineering, and Finance to optimize costs and contingency plans.

The role emphasizes new product development support, sourcing strategy, and FTG initiatives, requiring strong analytical and cross-functional leadership. Hybrid work in the U.S. and travel up to 10% are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with a University degree or 4+ years with a Masters/MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development for powered toothbrushes, floss, and devices and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop global sourcing strategies and manage EM relationships to lower costs.
• Maintain global capacity reports and implement a contingency plan to avoid disruptions.
• Identify FTG savings opportunities and drive FTG initiatives with Procurement, R&D and Finance.
• Align capacity planning with capital investment needs across EMs with engineering teams.
• Identify cross-functional improvements and drive implementation across NetOps and related areas.
