Qualifications

Strong NPI sourcing experience in aerospace, robotics, drones, or advanced manufacturing.
Expertise in supplier development, cost modeling, and strategic sourcing.
Experience managing tooling, supplier capacity, and manufacturing process technologies.
Knowledge of supplier agreements (MSA, SOW, NDA) and ESI.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Develop commodity and technology sourcing strategies for NPI and sustaining programs.
Serve as liaison between engineering and supply chain for supplier and component selection.
Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business award decisions.
Manage supplier relationships, performance, capacity, quality, and cost.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through should-cost analysis and market intelligence.
Build and maintain sourcing roadmaps, forecasts, and supplier development plans.
Support tooling investments, capacity planning, and financial forecasting.
