Job summary

Relativity Space in the United States is expanding its Strategic Sourcing team, hiring Global Supply Managers at our Stennis, MS; Cape Canaveral, FL; or Long Beach, CA sites. You will own end-to-end sourcing for key commodities, leading negotiations and building a robust supplier base.

We seek a category leader with 5–8+ years in procurement, proven MSAs, and strong collaboration with engineering, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience owning an end-to-end category strategy and should-cost analysis.
• Proven record of high-value negotiations and MSAs ($100K+).
• Fluency in vendor contracting terms and commercial risk.
• Ability to build procurement plans and guide stakeholders across functions.
• Experience owning strategic supplier relationships and risk mitigation.
• Proficient with ERP, P2P/S2P, and e-sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global category strategy for the commodity, business unit, or location under your scope.
• Direct sourcing strategy and lead sourcing events end-to-end, including RFPs over $100K.
• Lead high-value, complex negotiations and MSAs with favorable terms.
• Own strategic supplier relationships and roadmaps; manage performance and escalations.
• Own supply assurance, capacity, and cost roadmaps; mitigate risks.
• Partner with engineering, finance, and operations; map stakeholders and build procurement plans.
• Apply vendor contracting terms and ensure correct approval routing on contracts and POs.
• Drive category KPIs: improve spend under management, reduce tail spend.
• Mentor sourcing specialists and lead cross-functional initiatives.
