Job summary

Arc is seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Leader to architect sourcing, procurement, and inventory programs from our Los Angeles headquarters. This on-site role focuses on delivering cost, quality, and delivery excellence across expanding marine electrification programs.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production, manage supplier relationships, and lead risk management while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
• Managing purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and delivery schedules
• Leading risk management efforts to mitigate disruptions (geopolitical, tariff, capacity, single-source supplier risk)
• Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new programs/product launches
• Monitoring and improving KPIs - on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, total landed cost, supplier quality
• Building and managing supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership
• Travel up to 25%

What You'll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

The base salary for this role is $160,000 annually.
