Job summary

Arc is hiring a Warehouse Associate to own receiving, organizing, and execution of inbound and outbound logistics at the Los Angeles facility. You will manage raw materials, perform kit fabrication, verify shipments, and maintain accurate records in our ERP system.

• Performing efficient picking to create kits of necessary parts, materials, and hardware, ensuring availability and accuracy.
• Verifying incoming materials for conformity and absence of damage.
• Monitoring shelf life storage and uphold rigorous material handling practices.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies between inventory reports and physical inventory.
• Recording inventory activities in software, complete daily transactions, and link them to relevant work centers.
• Assisting leaders with inventory replenishment tasks.

Who were looking for

As Arc\'s Warehouse Associate, you will own the receiving, organizing and execution of inbound and outbound logistics. You will do this by being organized in your work area, keeping detailed records of inbound and outbound shipping and receiving as well as troubleshooting and resolving any open action items.

You will be a full-time member of our Warehouse team and will work from our manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. As a startup, we operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment that requires adaptability. That said, here are some responsibilities and qualifications that will remain relatively constant for this role.

What you\'ll do

Minimum qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication


• Experience with a stand up forklift


• Experience with computer software, including spreadsheets, email, and resource planning programs


• Experience with manufacturing inventory and kitting processes


• Ability to stand for four to six hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds

Bonus qualifications

• High school degree or GED certification


• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting


• Comfortable maintaining a fast but sustainable pace


• Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy

The base pay for this role is S1: $25.50/hr S2: $29.50/hr hourly.
