Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a senior supply chain leader to own end-to-end execution for an assigned product portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery to point of use. You will operate as the cross-functional glue between Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality.

You will drive supplier performance, manage risk, and guide mitigation and recovery plans in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
• Proven track record managing suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio.
• Drives on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery to point of use.
• Acts as the cross-functional glue between Engineering, Program, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Drives supplier performance and risk management; mitigation plans when needed.
• Tracks supplier execution and leads recovery and improvement plans.
