Job summary

Quanterix seeks a Principal Global Supply Chain Planner to join the Supply Chain Operations team in Billerica, MA. You will lead global supply/inventory planning for reagents, instruments, and consumables, aligning demand with optimized plans to support growth, service, and cost goals.

You will also drive data analytics, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration within S&OP to balance service levels, working capital, and risk, while improving ERP/MRP integration and planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Syteline, Netsuite, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own global supply and inventory planning strategies.
• Set safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times, service levels.
• Balance customer service, working capital, supply continuity.
• Lead demand/supply variability analysis and improve planning models.
• Maintain and optimize production and kitting schedules.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in S&OP process.
