Sanmina Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to advance sourcing decisions and supply management across North America plants. You will build vendor relationships, coordinate inventory balance, and influence cost structures to strengthen continuity of supply.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, collaboration with purchasing and program management, and interaction with Executive Management to resolve escalations. Domestic/international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar field with 3 years of Supply Chain related experience (OR 10 years of Supply Chain experience in lieu of degree).
• Professional, self-motivated with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries or special requests.
• Strong numerical and business analysis aptitude.
• Ability to independently manage assigned projects to completion.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
• Strong team player willing to work across all facets of the business.

Responsabilités

• Use Oracle, Excel, ACES, and WALT to support supply chain activities.
• Interface with supply base, peers, and plant teams to develop strategies and standardize processes for continuity of supply and inventory management.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to recommend solutions for supply chain escalations affecting customer commitments or financial performance.
• Collaborate with purchasing and program management to influence sourcing strategies, cost structures, and continuity of supply while coordinating regional inventory balance.
• Prepare reports and ensure tracking and adherence to supply chain guidelines across the region.
• Monitor locations and plants for adherence to standard procedures and maximize operations and supply assurance.
• Communicate with internal and external Executive Management to resolve critical issues.
• Travel domestically or internationally as required.
