  • Respond quickly to out‑of‑standard conditions, production disruptions, material constraints, and escalations.
  • Use data and business systems to identify risk, make decisions, communicate priorities, and drive accountability.
  • Drive standardized work, layered audits, WSS/GMS activities, problem solving, continuous improvement, and waste elimination.
  • Build team capability through coaching, training, recognition, feedback, and performance follow‑up.
  • Review operating performance and act on trends in safety, quality, responsiveness, cost, people, and environmental performance.
  • Ensure clear, timely communication across shifts, departments, and leadership levels.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent related experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, including resource planning, cost management, scheduling, and execution to meet business objectives and timelines.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a rotating shift schedule, with shift rotations occurring approximately every four months.
