Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a supply planning professional to develop and maintain production plans in line with the global operations plan. You will coordinate with outsourcing and fulfillment to ensure demand is met and communicate any constraints to Sales and Order Fulfillment.

Strong analytical, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with experience in expense management systems and MS Office. Willingness to travel internationally is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in expense management and card administration or related finance roles.
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors with strong problem-solving.
• Know-how to work cross-functionally and influence teams.
• Time and resource management skills for multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with expense management and travel-booking systems.
• Competence in MS Office suite (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production plans with outsourcing team aligned to global plan.
• Ensure plans meet customer demand and communicate constraints to Sales.
• Coordinate with Outsource Supplier/Order Fulfillment on dates.
• Develop supply position summaries and monthly metrics for S&OP.
• Align with Manufacturing/SLM to reflect demand in MRP monthly.
• Provide supply visibility to enable on-time order scheduling.
• Prepare Top Account reporting and clear-to-build analyses.
• Drive process improvements to reduce forecast errors.
• Align ops to support revenue targets while minimizing excess inventory.
