Position

Global Supply Chain Programs Manager 3 (Advanced Weapons) – Woodland Hills, CA

Relocation & Clearance

Relocation assistance: None. Clearance required at start: US Government Secret Clearance.

Travel

Travel: 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Material Program Management (MPM) team to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for a collection of programs within the Advanced Weapons Business Unit.
  • Act as focal point for the MPM team and coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure supply chain commitments are met and mitigation plans are executed.
  • Lead supply chain program execution, resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and issue resolution.
  • Manage the GSC teams’ rhythm to align with program priorities and minimize distractions.
  • Ensure appropriate metrics and indicators are used to manage and improve performance.
  • Develop and review Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs). Participate in development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Act as an advisor to leadership and customers.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years related professional/military experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project/Business Management, or Master’s degree with 6 years of the same, or High School Diploma with 12 years of the same type of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading supply chain teams of 10+ individuals from conception to completion.
  • 3+ years of experience managing suppliers.
  • 3+ years of experience with program management tools such as EVMS/IMS, baselining, and EACs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Direct experience interfacing with leadership.
  • Costpoint/SAP experience. Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements.
  • Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.
  • Current Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Salary

$175,400.00 – $263,200.00 (Annual base). Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and, for certain levels, Long‑Term Incentives.
