Job summary

You will drive category strategies, optimize cost and supply continuity, and partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to support factory scale-up and global sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven success in supplier negotiations and cost-savings.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Fluent in procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of buyers and procurement specialists; coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute global and regional sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, quality, and long-term supply.
• Establish supplier scorecards and oversee performance reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal on strategic initiatives.
