Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in analysis, program planning, or data analysis.
• Proficient SAP procurement knowledge and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on-site with regular in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and purchase orders for materials and services.
• Identify prospective suppliers and evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Reduce dependency on single-source suppliers via contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance in procurement transactions (commercial, legal, contractual).
• Execute RFPs and RFIs essential to ongoing operations.
• Coordinate with Quality for inspections to meet specifications.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and monitor performance (cost, quality, delivery, service).
• Communicate with suppliers daily and coordinate meetings to resolve supply issues.
• Initiate corrective actions on defects and follow through with suppliers.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to resolve issues.
