Kerry, a global leader in taste and nutrition, is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist in Springfield, MO. You will coordinate supply chain activities from suppliers through manufacturing to customers, focusing on planning, execution, and improving service, inventory, and cost performance.

The role requires 2–5 years in supply chain planning or related areas, with SAP/ERP experience and strong Excel skills. Power BI is a plus. Kerry offers competitive pay and benefits tied to performance.

Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with customer demand and inventory targets.
Monitor inventory and take actions to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence.
Coordinate production requirements and schedules with manufacturing teams.
Manage replenishment plans and material requirements.
Support S&OP processes through analysis, scenario evaluation, and reporting.
Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers.
Prepare and maintain supply chain metrics, dashboards, and exception reports.
