Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to lead cross-functional supply chain execution for the Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Woodland Hills, CA. This full-time on-site role requires DoD Secret clearance and hands-on program management experience.

You will oversee budgets, risk and issue management, cost accounts, and supplier performance while coordinating with Global Supply Chain to meet program commitments and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Master's degree with 5 years experience or Bachelor's degree with 7 years in program/project management, global supply chain and related areas.
• Experience leading a process, project and team.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR procurement compliance.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required, with recent clearance and ability to obtain Program Special access.

Mansioni

• Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain to meet commitments and develop mitigation plans for programmatic risks.
• Manage risk & issue, CAM, and budget oversight for programs.
• Ensure complete and accurate schedules, budgets, and make/buy plans prior to program execution.
• Lead supply chain program execution and be accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, and supplier performance.
• Resolve supply chain issues and drive continuous improvement.
