Job summary

Brobston Group in New York is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Associate to manage U.S. supply chain operations, including EDI, warehouse coordination, and wholesale/retail distribution.

You will connect warehouse, sales, merchandising, buying, and credit control teams to ensure smooth movement of goods from origin to customer. The role requires experience in supply chain or logistics, proficiency with Power BI and ERP systems, and familiarity with freight forwarders and customs processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Working knowledge of EDI processes and platforms.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and vendor compliance.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, or customs brokers.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI transactions, purchase orders, order entry, and customer catalogues.
• Coordinate inventory, shipments, warehouse operations, freight providers, and customs clearance between U.K. and U.S. facilities.
• Oversee department store order fulfillment, vendor compliance, returns, chargebacks, and customer portal activity.
• Maintain supply chain and inventory data in company systems and prepare Power BI reports on shipping, warehouse performance, and inventory metrics.
• Work with sales, buying, merchandise, and credit control teams to resolve order and account issues.
