Job summary

LANXESS is seeking a senior leader to set the global supply chain strategy and oversee end-to-end planning, scheduling, and customer service on a hybrid on-site basis in the United States. The role focuses on delivering enterprise performance across service levels, working capital, cash flow, and cost optimization.

The candidate will drive Integrated Business Planning, demand and supply planning, and network design, while building a high-performing, geographically dispersed team and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in global orgs with leadership responsibility.
• Strong command of end-to-end planning including IBP, demand & supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory optimization.
• Proven track record improving service, working capital, cost, resilience, and transformation at scale.
• Experience with SAP-enabled manufacturing and planning; exposure to analytics, automation, and AI is valued.

Responsibilities

• Set the global supply chain strategy and lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and customer service.
• Own delivery of enterprise performance across service, inventory, cash flow, and profitability.
• Provide executive ownership of Integrated Business Planning and demand/supply planning.
• Sponsor digital transformation across the supply chain using analytics and AI.
