Job summary

You will drive S&OP, optimize inventory, reduce working capital, and deliver sustainable cost savings while partnering with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong international experience including cross-border sourcing and import/export.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex supplier agreements and drive savings.
• Experience leading multiple supply chain functions and ERP/SAP usage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing and procurement strategy across all business units.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and drive cost optimization.
• Develop domestic and international supplier relationships.
• Manage complex supplier negotiations and long-term agreements.
• Establish dual-sourcing and contingency plans to reduce risk.

• Lead S&OP, demand forecasting, and production planning.
• Improve working capital and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology.
• Implement ERP systems to improve visibility.
