Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multi-site and/or international operations.
• Experience within chemical, specialty chemical, process, or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business and operational leadership.
• SAP experience and/or significant ERP implementation experience preferred.

• Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning financial strategy with commercial objectives.

• Drive improvements in cash flow, working capital, and cost management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to provide leadership with visibility into performance.
