Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Supply Chain Human Rights Manager to lead HRDD across Snacking’s global supply chain, including direct and indirect suppliers. You will drive change management, data dashboards, and governance with commercial, legal and public affairs teams.

The role requires 5+ years in sustainability with a human rights focus, fluency in English and Spanish, and up to 15% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international relations/international business, supply chain management, or other relevant field
• Fluency or near-fluency in English and Spanish is critical; Portuguese or French beneficial
• 5+ years in Sustainability with focus on Human Rights
• Understanding of suppliers' and buyers' perspectives in commercial context
• Excellent data proficiency and ability to handle complex data sets
• Ability to influence peers and third parties without direct authority
• Experience developing global policies/processes in a multinational
• Experience in complex supply chains is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Confident presenting to executives with strong stakeholder management
• Ability to operate in multi-cultural, cross-functional environment
• Analytical skills and flexible thinking
• Clear written and oral communication
• Up to 15% domestic and global travel

Responsibilities

• Drive change management, communication and training for HRDD in supplier partnerships
• Set targets, align glidepaths, measure Mars Wrigley HRDD progress
• Manage data monitoring, dashboard KPIs, and quarterly HRDD reporting
• Serve as expert on Tier 1 supplier HR risks and mitigation with Commercial teams
• Co-pilot HRDD in commercial processes including tendering and contracting
• Monitor supplier compliance with Mars HR policies and codes
• Oversee HRDD governance across functions and facilitation of escalation
