Job summary

Mars Wrigley is seeking a Supply Chain Human Rights Manager to lead our HRDD program across global supply chains, focusing on forced labor, child labor and health and safety risks in Snacking's direct and indirect suppliers.

You will drive change management, set targets, monitor KPI dashboards, and report progress while collaborating with Commercial teams and senior leaders in a fast-paced, multinational environment, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field; master’s preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese or French beneficial.
• 5+ years in Sustainability with a Human Rights focus.
• Strong data proficiency and ability to handle complex data sets.
• Ability to influence peers and third parties without direct authority.
• Experience deploying global policies in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Drive change management, communication and training for HRDD in Commercial teams.
• Set targets, align segment glidepaths, and measure HRDD progress.
• Manage digital data processes and KPI dashboards; report quarterly HRDD KPIs.
• Serve as a dedicated expert on Tier 1 HR risks and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with commercial to support tendering, contracting and supplier relations.
• Monitor supplier compliance with Mars HR policies and regulations.
