Job summary

pladis Foods Limited is seeking a Global Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead and coordinate finance across manufacturing and logistics globally from its Williamsburg, VA hub. You will drive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with regional partners to optimize working capital and performance.

You will shape digital reporting, participate in capital investments, transfer pricing checks, and build dashboards while developing the GC Finance function across the global network.

Responsibilities

• Lead Monthly / Quarterly & Annual Reporting & Planning process; Aid Annual Supply Strategic Planning Process
• Lead Global Supply Chain budgeting process, covering costs, working capital and non-financial targets
• Lead in-year forecasting processes to meet full-year targets
• Coordinate timelines with regions for all planning processes
• Assist in quarterly Transfer Pricing checks and reviews
• Lead digitalization initiatives to streamline reporting processes
• Support annual Strategic Supply planning process
• Lead quarterly review process with regions; drive actions to improve performance
• Review monthly/quarterly packs; ensure data integrity and insights
• Benchmarking studies; share best practices to drive performance and working capital
• Define powerful dashboards for supply chain metrics
• Global finance lead on major supply chain projects; ensure financial accuracy

Analysis of submissions to understand assumptions, risks / opportunities, and summarizing for key business partners* Leading in-year forecasting processes, focusing on financial elements to ensure full-year targets are met* Co-ordinating timelines with regions for all regular planning processes* Assist in quarterly Transfer Pricing checks and reviews* Lead and come up with Digitalization initiatives to streamline, simplify and have impactful reporting processes* Support annual Strategic Supply planning process**Performance management*** Lead quarterly review process with regions, drive discussions and actions to improve performance* Review monthly and quarterly reporting packs, ensuring data integrity and analyzing / discussing with regions for key insights, identification of risks & opportunities.
