Job summary

HELM AG is seeking a mid-career Supply Chain Coordinator in Houston to oversee daily supply chain execution, including planning, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfilment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely deliveries, efficient inventory, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, planning, or related discipline.
• Experience in chemical distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Exposure to global or international supply chain operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain execution including planning, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate shipment with external carriers and support commercial and logistics activities.
• Review, document, and communicate customer and supplier requirements as outlined in contracts and agreements.
• Enter and process purchase and sales orders and track costs associated with orders.
• Provide customer service/support and build business relationships with internal and external partners.
• Identify solutions to supply chain constraints and communicate bottlenecks to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / related field
