Job summary

BMT is seeking a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator for the Houston on-site team. This permanent role offers an annual salary between $50,273 and $54,433.

You will manage warehouse shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day procurement, coordinating with suppliers and transport providers. The position requires 3–5 years in logistics or procurement, plus certifications such as APICS/CSCP or similar.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, warehouse operations and/or procurement coordination.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and coordinating supplier deliveries.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and resolve transport issues.
• Maintain procurement records and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
• Identify process improvements in shipping, receiving and purchasing workflows.
