Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required before start date.
• Be currently enrolled at an accredited university and a degree, with a graduation date not before the contract end date or August, 2027
• Preferred majors include Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, Computer/Software), Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, reflective of all coursework
• Demonstrated leadership is preferred
• Must be able to balance multiple projects and maintain organization

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience across Johnson & Johnson in Innovative Medicine and MedTech
• Develop capability and skills in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Build a strong foundation within one of Johnson & Johnson's enterprise-wide networks
• Collaborate with teams across multiple sectors such as Site Quality, R&D Procurement, and Global Technical Operations
