Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. invites enrolled undergraduate students to join our Global Supply Chain co-op program in Ewing, NJ for Summer 2027. This 6-month program blends exposure to leadership with hands-on projects across Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Procurement, and more.

You'll work in hybrid or remote formats, gain learning and development opportunities, attend leadership sessions, and present a final Capstone to executives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduates who have completed at least two years of college in supply chain or business logistics.
• Willingness to learn and interface with different platforms and company systems.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Ewing, NJ for Summer 2026.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; some roles require Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for Global Operations.
• Contribute to high-profile multi-million dollar projects shaping the future.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvements in supply chain.
• Engage with leadership and exposure to executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate across Customer Logistics, Planning, Procurement, and Lean initiatives.
