Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. invites undergraduates to join their Summer 2027 Co-Op in the Corporate NJ Global Quality department in Princeton, NJ. This six-month program runs from late May 2027 through year-end, aligned to multiple Quality teams, with a hybrid in-person schedule.

You will learn about CAPA, root cause analyses, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with OPS, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement on regulated products.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline, with multiple years of coursework completed.
• Able to interface with different platforms, run reports, and collaborate with the business.
• Willingness to work three days per week in Princeton, NJ in a hybrid setup.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Minitab).
• Experience managing multiple timelines and priorities; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CAPA activities to drive timelines and enable robust improvements.
• Assist root-cause investigations and define corrective actions and continuous improvement steps.
• Assist with defective components, graphics, and formula evaluations during CAPA steps.
• Provide critical communication to internal partners (OPS, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales) about issues and remediation plans.
• Monitor KPI metrics and CAPA deliverables to identify problem areas for improvement.
• Process, analyze, and report statistical data from manufacturing and measurement sources.
• Research manufacturing processes and suggest improvements, especially inline detection and monitoring.
• Gather status updates from contract manufacturers’ improvement plans and support Global Quality Team.
