Fossil Group seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain planning team. The analyst will own master data to support planning runs for multiple groups and ensure optimal MRP/APO configurations for SKU-level planning.

Responsibilities include analyzing data for monthly cycles, generating weekly/monthly reports, and coordinating with IT on SAP tool enhancements. A strong foundation in APO SNP, CIF, and SAP AFS/BW is essential; a collaborative, learning-minded teammate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven understanding of demand and supply planning fundamentals.
• Demonstrate strong APO-SNP and CIF functional understanding.
• Knowledge of SAP AFS and DP integration to SNP and SAP BW.
• Experience with AFS master data and how it integrates with APO and maintenance of product master.
• Sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data to make recommendations for monthly planning cycles.
• Monitor planning system throughout business cycles.
• Define requirements for standard or custom programs in APO SNP and integration with AFS and others.
• Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports for planning teams and executives.
• Ensure MRP and APO settings support SKU-level planning.
• Support inventory and capacity planning data parameters and settings.
• Perform data maintenance and optimize reporting tools.
• Support SAP tool enhancements with IT for testing.
• Facilitate demand segmentation for New Product Implementation.
• Facilitate new brand and product setups into SAP APO.
• Document SAP processes.
