Job summary

Fossil Group, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain planning team. This role will create and own master data to support planning runs for multiple teams and optimize SAP APO, BW, and related systems.

You will generate weekly and monthly reports, analyze data for planning cycles, and collaborate with IT on test data and enhancements. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and 1+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of demand and supply planning fundamentals.
• Demonstrated APO-SNP and CIF functional understanding.
• Knowledge of SAP AFS and DP integration to SNP and SAP BW.
• Experience with AFS master data and integration with APO.
• Sense of urgency and adaptability.
• Influential, collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to make process recommendations for monthly planning cycles.
• Monitor planning system throughout business cycles.
• Define requirements for standard or custom programs in APO SNP and integration with AFS.
• Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports with forecast, inventory, and lead time.
• Ensure MRP/APO settings support SKU planning strategies.
• Perform data maintenance and optimize reporting tools.
• Support SAP tools utilization (BW, AFS, APO) enhancements.
• Provide test data and assist in functional testing with IT.
• Facilitate demand segmentation for New Product Implementation.
• Document SAP processes.
