*Join our team as a Global Supplier Relationship Manager*

We're seeking a Lead, Global Partner Enablement to oversee relationships with strategic suppliers, facilitate contract delivery, lead partner governance, and ensure effective communication to enhance the quality, performance, value, and service of our outsourced delivery model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supplier relationship management, negotiation, contracting, financial analysis, and program management. Experience in real estate and workplace services is preferred.

If you fit this profile, you will work closely with global leaders to translate business strategies into our partnership strategy, manage relationships with key suppliers worldwide, and assist business owners in managing supplier delivery and service levels.

This role involves:

1. Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop partnership opportunities based on functional strategies.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of strategic and core suppliers.
3. Identifying and proposing continuous improvements to increase the value of Partner Enablement.
4. Leading stakeholder interactions to achieve actionable consensus.
5. Managing sourcing decisions, contracts, and relationships emphasizing quality, performance, value, and service.
6. Ensuring contractual obligations are met and addressing performance gaps through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
7. Developing and executing plans for continuous improvement in governance and supplier relationships.
8. Maintaining healthy two-way communication between suppliers and stakeholders.

Top Skills include:
