Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Houston seeks a Global Supplier Quality - Value Stream Manager to lead supplier quality and development across a value stream. You will strengthen supplier partnerships, drive preventive initiatives, and manage strategic risks within the supply chain.

Responsibilities include overseeing supplier qualification, audits, onboarding, and development; collaborating with sourcing; guiding improvements for complex quality events; and leading a team of Supplier Development

Qualifications

BS or MS in engineering/technical or equivalent recognition in a technical or quality field.
10+ years in overall Supply Chain or in Engineering experiences.
Fundamental understanding of foundational quality principles.
Inspire trust with peers and senior leaders through appropriate communication and actions to build consensus around Supply Chain strategies.
Ability to navigate and manage ambiguity in a changing business context.
Able to evaluate core manufacturing processes and work with suppliers on improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead/supervise Supplier Qualification, Audits, onboarding and supplier development activities.
Apply deep knowledge of Supply Chain management and improvement tools.
Collaborate with Sourcing to develop sourcing strategies and initiatives within the Value Stream.
Lead improvements/PMT on complex systemic quality events.
Oversee prevention activities (verification, preventive actions).
Manage a team of Supplier Development Leads/Engineers.
Collaborate with risk managers and projects to identify and manage risks through process improvements.
