Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality principles
• Proficient in root cause analysis tools (fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional groups

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, onboarding and development activities
• Improve supplier performance through preventive actions
• Collaborate with Sourcing on strategic supplier initiatives
• Manage risks and resolve systemic quality issues in the value stream
• Oversee a team of Supplier Development Leads/Engineers
