Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a quality engineer, with at least two years in supplier quality.
• Broad knowledge of production technologies and multiple engineering disciplines.
• Experience in auditing manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve supplier base performance through on-site audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing to identify new suppliers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all commodities.
• Create and execute supplier development plans.
